Cruise Application
We are authorized by VISA for online transactions

 

Cruise application: the cruise application must be fully completed, signed, and received by the Reservations Deparment prior to the departure date.

Payment Policy: When booking, you pay 50%, and 30 days before the charter the remaining 50%.

Cancelation: In case of cancellation must be given notice 60 days in advance.

You will receive your refund within a period of 15 days, subtracting 10% of the total amount paid for management fees.

In case of reservations with a period shorter than 60 days to review our payment policies.

Deposit and Payment Policy.

Payment Policy.

Individual and Groups:

Deposit 10% at time of reservation. 40% 30 days after have made a reservation and 50% must be canceled 90 days before departure.

Complimentary occupancy:
Complimentary occupancy is always considered to be the less priced berth and must be designated prior to the charter. Only operators.

 

Cancellation Policy

Individual

  1. 121 days or more prior to departure, 20% of the charter rate is forfeited.
  2. 120 - 91 days prior to departure, 40% of the charter rate is forfeited.
  3. 90 days or less prior to departure, 100% of the charter rate is forfeited and no refund is available.

Groups

1. If an entire charter is cancelled:

  • More than nine (9) months prior to departure, the 10% deposit is forfeited.
  • 180 - 91 days prior to departure, 40% of the group charter rate is forfeited.
  • 90 days or less prior to departure, 100% of the charter rate is forfeited and no refund is available.

2. If the number of passengers is reduced from original group reservation:

  • More than nine (9) months prior to departure, the reservation may be reduced down
    to one paying passenger which will result in loss of complimentary occupancy.
  • Nine (9) months to 181 days prior to departure, 20% of the charter rate per
    passenger cancelled is forfeited, and there is a reduction/loss of free space.
  • 180 - 91 days prior to departure, 40% of the charter rate per passenger cancelled is
    forfeited and there is a reduction or loss of free space.
  • 90 days or less prior to departure, 100% of the charter rate per person is forfeited
    and there is a reduction or loss of free space.

 

Payments

  1. Golfo Express accepts Visa, MasterCard.
  2. If sending funds by wire transfer please be advised there is a service charge of USD$30 per Wire Transfer. Your wire transfer should include this additional amount. Reservations made ninety (90) days prior to departure date will require full payment made by credit card or Wire transfer, whatever most convenient for the customer.
  3. Fee and Taxes apply to all passengers without exception.
  4. Agent commissions will be reduced by 3.5% with credit card payments.
  5. All cancellations of reservation already made must be in writing or email.

 

Cruise Application Policy

The LIABILITY, must be fully completed, signed, and received by the Golfo Express office (90) days prior to departure date. Clients who fail to comply will be canceled and denied boarding.

Insurance

Recommend having: cancellation-interruption insurance, an Accidental, medical, and baggage insurance.
